The challenge for Trail FlyLab was to create an evergreen structure that could activate at global trail events while adapting to new product stories and relevant local content. With Western States Endurance Run as our and muse, we set out to create a destination inspired by a mountain research outpost that reflects the architecture of the surrounding mountain towns but with a distinct look.

The toolkit was designed to be adaptable, including multiple configurations at varying scales and providing a material library for consistent activation around the world.
